The property is ready for a refurb in parts, It is showing signs of wear and tear which is to be expected. It hasn’t put us off by any means as we love everything else about it, but here are our observations: The bathroom door that serves the twin besee more
The property is ready for a refurb in parts, It is showing signs of wear and tear which is to be expected. It hasn’t put us off by any means as we love everything else about it, but here are our observations: The bathroom door that serves the twin bedroom is warped and the wrapping is peeling off the door, which makes it look tired. The sealant on the shower door in both the twin bathroom and en-suite needs to come off completely and be resealed, it’s got layers upon layers of sealant around it and looks a mess. The toilet roll holder in the en-suite falls off every time we visit and we can’t attach it back on. The bedding in the master bedroom is non existent - We get two single duvet covers provided on the super king sized bed with no duvet, which makes us cold in the night. The pillows weren’t the best/comfiest and were stained. The bath in the en-suite is cracked on the top where you enter the bath. The mirror in the en-suite is looking tired. The door shelves in the fridge are broken and need replacing and the light in the entrance, which used to work on a sensor, is permanently on. Finally, the cleaning wasn’t the best, particularly in the master bedroom, and at the side of the bed. Hope this helps.

On both of the occasions we have stayed at the apartment, we have asked for a fitted duvet/sheet, that covers the entirity of the bed, unfortunately the bed has two single sheets, which just do not do the job!!. It really does need fitted bedding.

Maybe not possible but i would like to see a photo of the complex from the port and from overhead with the letter of each block on them so people who going there for the first time can see where their apartment is. Probably a stupid observation
